Orders and Quotes
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information and files submitted. Final pricing may be adjusted if actual specifications (size, quantity, materials, finishing) differ from what was originally requested.
Proofs and Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs before production. Please ensure all spelling and/or typographical errors are corrected before approving the final version. Fast Laminating & Bindery, Inc. cannot be held responsible for errors that were present in an approved proof.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of ordering unless other arrangements have been made. A 3% processing fee applies to all credit card transactions. This fee does not apply to payments made by cash or check.
Turnaround Time
Estimated turnaround times are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed unless explicitly confirmed in writing. Turnaround begins once final files and payment (if required) are received.
File Uploads and Ownership
By uploading files for production, you confirm that you own the rights to the content or have permission to reproduce it. Fast Laminating & Bindery, Inc. is not responsible for verifying copyright ownership of submitted materials.
Limitation of Liability
Fast Laminating & Bindery, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
